Raechel is a Director at PwC, focusing on continuing to cultivate a culture of inclusion at the firm and beyond. Over the past 15+ years she has helped organizations in multiple industries to optimize their performance through effective change management. She holds a M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Raechel was motivated to join Helping Education because she is passionate about creating opportunities for the brightest future for children from all backgrounds. She believes quality education for all students is a key component.

She resides in Charlotte, NC and loves to spend time outdoors and around town with her husband, daughter, and dog.
