Shantiqua Neely is originally from New York City.  Once she moved to Charlotte, NC she began her work as a College Admissions Counselor at Johnson & Wales University.  Shantiqua held leadership roles in nonprofits throughout Charlotte, such as Communities In Schools, and then subsequently as the  Executive Director of A Child’s Place. Prior to her current role, Shantiqua was the Director of Outreach and Mission at First Presbyterian Church. As of June 2022, Shantiqua joined Bank of America as Vice President of Learning & Leadership Development.

Shantiqua holds a M.S. in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University, a B.A. in Health Policy from the University of Rochester, a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Wake Forest University, and is currently pursuing another Master’s degree in Talent and Organizational Development.
